Why We Collect It

Enquiry details are used to respond to your request and prepare a quotation. Application details are used to assess your suitability for employment, verify licensing, and contact you about your application. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are retained for up to two years so we can maintain continuity with clients and prospective clients. Job applications are retained for up to twelve months from submission, after which unsuccessful applications are deleted. Records relating to people we employ are kept for the periods required by Washington employment and licensing law.

Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the service providers that operate this website and our communications: our hosting provider, our email provider, and our live chat provider. Each processes information on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law, by a court, or by the Department of Licensing in connection with regulatory obligations.
