Standards & Equipment
Licensed in Washington
Every unarmed officer holds a current Washington State Department of Licensing private security guard licence, verified before their first shift.
Uniform & Protection
Officers work in VVS Blue tactical uniform with duty belt and Level IIIA body armour — professional enough for a lobby, prepared for the unexpected.
De-escalation First
Training covers verbal de-escalation, Verbal Judo and use-of-force protocols. The best outcome is an incident that never becomes one.
Field Training Program
Unarmed officers complete the same in-house FTO program as our armed team before working independently.
